About

Kevan Gilbert is a writer, graphic designer & web specialist from Vancouver, British Columbia. He has a BA (with Distinction) in Media Communications from Trinity Western University, and spends 1/4 of his spare time scribbling down impossible ideas in his Moleskine. The other 3/4 of his time is spent with his beautiful wife Kendra, who spends 1/4 of her spare time guarding Kevan’s back. Kevan currently works as Interactive Media Coordinator or for a non-profit urban relief organization in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside, and is generally a nice person.
This website hosts a diverse repository of articles, music productions and projects created and composed by Kevan. Although often without an audience, Kevan’s online output is consistently high-quality and ambitious. (His wife might even say it’s “cute.”) Featuring everything from research essays to remixes, from music reviews to ringworm, Kevan Gilbert Online is officially the 460,360th most popular site on the internet.
Elsewhere on the web, Kevan is the co-founder and a contributing author of Elbowruminations, an business-minded blog about graphic design and communication arts. He is also the coordinator of The Street, Canada’s premier non-profit blog about homelessness and urban relief. You can learn more about Kevan’s professional and educational background on LinkedIn.
