The laughter of the evil avalanche and sudden appearance of the “Closed” sign following the snow was the true dramatic clincher of the whole piece.

When life gives most people lemons, they make lemonade which is really boring – and who drinks lemonade in the winter anyway? You guys were given lemons and made a delicious lemon souffle – much more exciting, and more comforting on a cold day.

Harrison, I didn’t actually BUY that Beatles record we listened to, although I’m sure that Hey Jude gem would have been on it. This was streaming straight off internet radio during the filming of the movie.

I often see two people get married, and I just kind of wonder if that marriage would be any fun at all. You look at two people and you say, “Yes, maybe they’ll succeed as a nuclear family, but…”

Kevan and Kendra, separately, both strike me as the types of people to whom it would be FUN to be married. Certainly, the work would be there, but special moments like this one just don’t happen in every marriage. I long for singular moments with someone I love. Kudos to you guys; way to making something special out of a craptacular situation.

On a sidenote, I was with Kevan when he bought the record that’s playing in the background. Hope you like your Beatles schmaltz, Kevan.
